The plumbing system is provided with a new hot water system. The domestic water system was completely replaced while new sanitary lines were provided for the addition. The electrical system included a new service with a new current transformer. A main electrical room was created with electrical closets in each section of the building. The lighting system was replaced with energy-efficient fixtures with lighting controls. The fire alarm system was replaced with a new addressable system. The sprinkler system was modified as needed for the existing building and expanded for the new addition.
