KTA Group, Inc. was founded in 1989 as an engineering design and consulting firm with an emphasis on healthcare design. We soon expanded our client base with the design of telecommunications space, mission critical space, commercial interiors, government and schools. We have grown to be a nationally recognized leader in mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering design as well as third party code review. We are headquartered in Herndon, Virginia and have regional offices in Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida and the District of Columbia. Our firm of over 125 associates strives to provide the highest level of responsiveness and quality engineering design services to our clients.

Our registrations in 42 states and the District of Columbia are complimented by our national and local code experience.
